Below is a list of 72 items required by Obamacare. We are certain some people need some of these things.
My wife and I have reviewed the list and noted which ones we feel that we either do not need or want. A quick review of our analysis has confirmed that we neither need nor want ANY of the listed “benefits.”
Last week my wife received her cancellation notice from her health insurance company. She has spent hours each day looking for something that we can afford to replace her medical coverage and thus far no luck.
We planned for our retirement (no debt) and although meager by many standards we have been content and been able to make things work.I am a disabled Vietnam Combat Veteran, who is living on a fixed income to cover power, water, food and taxes.
From what we have seen in alternatives for my wife’s health care, one of those items is going to have to go. The DSIC (Dip-stick in charge) says that he is going to delay the execution of our dream for one year; my wife’s insurance company is not so sure.
Am I supposed to be grateful for the delay in the inevitable? Somehow I am not.Right now my wife and I are discussing the possibility of investing our minimal savings into upgrading our house and hopefully selling it for enough to enable us to move to a country where we can afford to live and where the government does not meddle in our everyday lives.
Yes, those places do exist, and at my advanced age I see no advantage of standing between one group of morons that is so enthralled with the siren song of the Devil incarnate that they cannot see that the light at the end of the tunnel is not the dawning of a new age, but is, in fact, the glow from the pits of Socialist Hell-Fire consuming a once great nation of free men and women, and another group of morons that would willingly butcher each other for the sole purpose of being able to stand higher on the corpses of those who would have willingly lifted them higher, had they asked, than the height of the guy down the street, who is doing the same thing.
According to the list on HealthCare.gov, everyone’s health insurance plan must now include:
