David Axelrod appeared on CBS’ this Morning. Listen to his argument against the claims of the host and the Republicans that Obama cut $700 billion in Medicare:
“You’re repeating a misstatement by the Republicans. I would call it a lie.”
But it’s not a lie. It’s the truth. Then the video goes on to contrast Axelrod with Obama campaign spokesman Stephanie Cutter’s appearance on Face the Nation who called Obama’s $700 billion cuts an “Achievement.”
