Black Lives Matter activist Shaun King is demanding the removal of statues, murals, and stained glass windows that depict Jesus as a “white European,” which he claims “are a form of white supremacy.”
“Yes, I think the statues of the white European they claim is Jesus should also come down,” Shaun King posted on Twitter. “They are a form of white supremacy. Always have been.”
“In the Bible, when the family of Jesus wanted to hide and blend in, guess where they went?” he added. “EGYPT! Not Denmark. Tear them down.”

#JesusChrist died for ALL our sins! @ShawnKing
Jesus didn’t pick a color when he was dying a slow painful death on the cross!
He asked God to “forgive them for they know not what they do.”
Jesus wanted peace & love for all!

Pray that no one takes your advice to heart.

Shaun you do NOT get to tell people how to worship or what art they can appreciate. Art, esp religious art, is spiritual, prayerful, and emotional, no matter what colors are used. We are all made in the image & likeness of God. He is not one color!
