Massachusetts State Representative Michelle DuBois (D-Plymouth) has been tipping off illegal aliens in her state, warning of Immigration and Customs (ICE) agents raiding presumed illegal aliens, and a large part of the problem is not just that she is trying to help those breaking the law avoid being captured, but the deadly gangs that some of them are attached to.
The area in and around Boston is a hot bed for MS-13 street gang violence. The gang is largely composed of illegal aliens and their motto is “Mata, viola, controla,” kill, rape, control.
These are some of the people DuBuois is warning regarding immigration law enforcement.
Take a look at what she sent out on Facebook.
With friends like this, who needs enemies? Of course, she is simply demonstrating that she is on the side of those who break the law, which makes her an accomplice to every single crime committed by illegal aliens in this area.
She also produced a step-by-step chart on what illegal aliens should do if ICE agents should show up at their door.
The reaction to her post was that there were, as of this writing, 1,166 shares. However, the overwhelming number of 1,990 comments pointed out exactly what she was doing.
Debbie Backen wrote, “Why didn’t you say, if you are a CRIMMINAL [sic] illegal, call whatever number because those are the ones ICE are picking up. I hate when people tell part truths.”
Twila Clayton commented, “Everybody needs to call and complain about her I’ve started a petition to have her impeached.”
Sandra Lovett Durbin was spot on when she commented, “Call the Plymouth County, Massachusetts District Attorney – Timothy J. Cruz at 1 (508) 587-8000 to demand the immediate resignation of Michelle Dubois for obstruction of justice, treason, and aiding and abetting. #removedubois“
Still, there were others who wanted to aid and abet Ms. DuBois’ lawlessness and the lawlessness of the illegals.
Vincent Vertuccio wrote, “Thank you very much for trying to help the undocumented community, It is a shame that un-american trolls are swarming your page!”
Now, her chart has good things in it that every person should do. However, tipping off those who are in violation of the law is unbecoming of a representative who is given authority to legislate. She is committing a crime against her own people!
After being called out for her criminal activity, DuBois was unrepentant and began justifying it.
“Passing information along that is already all over the community not only lets the people I represent know what is happening. It lets ICE know that everyone in Brockton is aware of their intended raid if there was one,” DuBois said, reading a statement aloud.
She said she didn’t think it was obstructing justice. While the information is public, she went out of her way to notify criminals of the intentions of those who have been charged with enforcing immigration law. Personally, I’d like to see the states using the militia to enforce the laws of the union as the Constitution demands, but that’s another story.
ICE spokesman Shawn Neudauer said, “Any person who actively incites panic or fear of law enforcement is doing a disservice to the community, endangering public safety and the very people they claim to support and represent.”
Now, I’m not so sure about that. There are some areas that fear of some law enforcement should be a prerequisite to living there, like New Mexico.
Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson testified before Congress on the issue and said, “This is the most outrageous, outrageous example of what’s going on across the United States that’s undermining my job and every other law enforcement officer in the United States.”
Sheriff Hodgson is correct. DuBois is undermining the effort to enforce the law. She should not be allowed to retain her seat as a representative, but that is up to the people of her district. The thing for those people need to be made aware of is that they are complicit in her being an accomplice to other lawbreakers by not removing her from office.
