Home » Democrats Beg Obama for Dictator Rule Concerning Obamacare Taxes – Republicans Just Complain

Unbelievable is all that comes to mind when reading that three senior Democrats are “pleading” with Obama to once again unilaterally “bend the rules” on Obamacare so their voter base and millions of other Americans will not be hit with “Obamacare tax penalites.”

Reps. Sander Levin (D-MI), Jim McDermott (D-WA), and Lloyd Doggett (D-TX) have approached Obama with a strong request for a special enrollment period for “the uninsured who will all be hit with a $325 fine or two percent of their income (whichever is higher) for failure to enroll in 2015.” Next year, in 2016, that amount will soar to $1,100 on average.

In a statement issued by the “three musketeers,” they contended, “Open enrollment ended before many Americans filed their taxes. Without a special enrollment, many people (who will be paying fines) will not have another opportunity to get health coverage this year.”

These “lawmakers,” and that term is use loosely, paraded their mugs out almost on bended knee in front of an emperor or king after the New York Times published an article revealing that many individuals with Obamacare are discovering how expensive and “flimsy” their plans are. The NYT noted, “A recent New York Times/CBS poll found that 46 of Americans said they had trouble affording health care, up 10 percentage points in just one year.”

Maybe the Times needs to change that from “health care” to health care insurance as Obamacare is an insurance mandate, not a mandate to get health care.

Polls have shown that Obamacare is only popular with 39% of Americans, on average across all polls. So, a minority of individuals support Obamacare while the majority do not. Why are we still stuck with this atrocity?

That’s pretty easy to figure out. The Democrats in the House and Senate are looking at Obama as some type of “demi-god” king while Republicans are too busy sucking their thumbs after being effectively neutered by Obama and his Democrats. And, let’s not forget that none of this was ever about health care insurance for the millions of uninsured in the first place.

Plain and simple, this was about the takeover of one sixth of the US economy leading into a single-payer system most call socialized medicine. It’s about bureaucrats in government deciding who gets to receive treatment and who does not. It’s about denying treatment to the elderly, the very infirmed young and the less productive in society. Slice it and dice it anyway you want but it comes down to one thing – legalized democide.

In one fell swoop, these three so-called Congressmen let the cat out of the bag as to who is making the law. One hint – he occupies the golf course more than the Oval Office.

If this isn’t the scene right out of “Oliver Twist” using “Please sir, can I have some more,” I don’t know what is.

Obamacare – the gift from Democrats that keeps on giving – is not going away. Democrats are not about to rile their “demi-god” king by going against what “he” wants nor are they willing to do their job by honoring their oath of office. For that matter, neither are Republicans. Talk can be like beer – cheap and intoxicating. Haven’t we all heard enough talk?

About a week ago, Mitch McConnell, Senate Majority Leader, plastered his mug in front of reporters to declare that Obamacare would make tax time more stressful and to tell everyone that “if you have health insurance, Obamacare has a tax for that.” Did McConnell actually think he was telling people something they didn’t already know? He might have been for those that still buy into the lies that Obamacare will solve their health care problems.

Did not the “three amigos” understand that a whopping 40% of Obamacare subsidy recipients might end up owing the IRS money – money they might not be able to afford to pay? And, did not these three ever once consider that some people will not be able to afford any Obamacare plan which means these cretins saddled an already ailing group with taxes that increase yearly? Did these die-hard towers of the Democratic Party line not consider the blow back to employment and loss of perfectly good health care insurance plans of other millions?

Sure they did. They just chose not to acknowledge it until it started biting them in the behind. Now they flock to the feet of the king to issue a relief by decree. If the “demi-god” king refuses, what happens when the “tax-man” hits the doors to lay claim to these individuals’ and families’ possessions for unpaid Obamacare taxes? If he does issue another “stay,” what will happen then when individuals and families still cannot afford this “Affordable” health care insurance scam and its taxes? Any way you want to look at it, Obamacare is the “no-win scenario.”

Something that should be taken away from this is the Democrats in Washington are already treating Obama, the man in the Oval Office, as a dictatorial ruler by decree; they just now have to convince their Republican counterparts to do the same. By the looks of things, they don’t have far to go.
