In an interesting turn of events regarding these illegal alien invaders, the monarch’s, oh, I mean administration’s, Department of Homeland Security has asked Catholic churches in California to “temporarily” feed and house what they term as “migrant” Central Americans until the year 2016. The same administration that has designated Christians, gun owners, Constitution supporters, veterans, militia members, along with other groups as terrorists has now solicited the Catholic church to aid and abet criminals breaking the US immigration laws. This same administration that remains deafeningly silent to Christian persecution around the world at the hands of Muslims, now call on Christians to become lawbreakers. Obama, who supports terrorist groups like the Muslim Brotherhood, has the DHS solicit Christians to aid and abet his violations of the law.
According to the Daily Caller, this may be intended to bypass Congressional authority to either fund or not fund “federal agencies’ new practice of distributing the flood of migrant families to homes across the country.” This unpaid cooperation is deemed “legally questionable.” This activity on the part of the diocese in San Bernadino was only exposed after parishioners called in to the Rush Limbaugh radio talk show because of disagreeing with the bishop’s agreement to help DHS.
Maria Christina Mendez, at the Office of Hispanic Affairs, confirmed to the Daily Caller that DHS had “reached out” to the diocese and the bishop requesting assistance with providing shelter for “transitioning” families. Mendez indicated the “assistance” would be needed for 18 months or longer. The diocese agreed to allow the illegal alien invaders to shelter in their buildings up to three days while the federal immigration agency relays these “family groups of migrants” to cities and towns in the US “where they want to live.”
According to one parishioner named Ann, who called Limbaugh’s radio talk show, “They have made the decision that they’re going to absorb the immigrants that are coming through because the federal government called the bishop’s office on Monday. The church will reimburse us for any out-of-pocket expenses and we were told not to talk to anybody about it, especially the media. They don’t want a lot of people there at the churches when they busload these mothers and children.”

The church’s provision of free services to DHS – and its reported offer to reimburse homeowners for services given to DHS – however, are also potentially illegal.
Federal law, dubbed the Anti-Deficiency Act, prevents government agencies from taking free services from people or private organizations, because that would allow the agencies to bypass congressional power of the purse.
The Anti-Deficiency Act does indicate that government agencies can accept services in emergency situations where human life is threatened; however, there is no indication this is the case after these invaders are detained.
Virginia Kice, western region communications director at US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, indicated that only one convoy of so called family groups have been sent to the diocese and that “the transfer of migrants to California has been suspended” after the public protests in Murrieta.
Kice said, “We reached out … to a number of community and faith-based groups several weeks ago. They could serve an invaluable intermediary in the process…. Our goal was simply to mitigate the impact on the migrants, to try to make their transition easier.”
Kice stated “we didn’t provide any assurance of reimbursement.”
What a slap in the face to the Christian community. Christians have been deemed as terrorists by this administration. This administration then turns around to ask Christians to provide shelter, food, clothing, etc. to these illegal alien invaders for free, which as it turns out may be a violation of law. Fiction writers couldn’t make up better plots than this.
There are a number of phrases being used that are key to possibly indicate the administration’s stance toward amnesty. First, the immigration agency is “relaying family groups to cities and towns in the US where they want to live.” It is assumed these family groups consist of illegal adults as well as children, along with many who have formed “makeshift” families. It doesn’t sound like that only ones being helped here are children.
Second, the goals are not to follow the immigration law, which Obama unilaterally ordered not to be enforced; the goal is to “mitigate the impact on migrants.” These people pouring over the border are not migrants, but illegal alien invaders. The impact for crossing into the US illegally should be deportation, but that is not the case. No mention has been made regarding the impact to these states and communities where these invaders are being deposited.
Third, the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement arm of the Department of Homeland Security wants to “make their transition easier.” ICE wants to make their transition to a permanent living arrangement and possible citizenship from amnesty or the pathway to citizenship ruse. This does not sound like just “helping the children” because of a “humanitarian crisis.”
Fourth, the terms describing these individuals is now changing. No longer are they called “immigrants” but are now termed “migrants.” Some reports have even used the term “refugees.”
There is a big difference between a “migrant” and an “immigrant.” According to the Merriam Webster Dictionary, a migrant is “a person who goes from one place to another especially to find work.” An immigrant, according to the same dictionary, is “a person who comes to a country to take up permanent residence.” Both of these terms are miles apart from refugee – “someone who has been forced to leave a country because of war or for religious or political reasons; a person who flees to a foreign country or power to escape danger or persecution.”
It’s all in the terminology the government wants to use to gloss over the fact that the US is being overrun by illegal alien invaders that will overwhelm government and health services that will create additional economic crises in America, as well as subject American citizens to possible pandemics of highly contagious diseases.
According to Ralph Natter, a lawyer in the DC firm of Barnett, Sivon and Natter, PC, it is difficult to determine the legality of these particular actions without a careful analysis. He does indicate the general rule is that voluntary services cannot be provided to the federal government.
Maria Christina Mendez indicates that the church’s charity is a Christian duty, not a political stance, claiming the church has nothing to do with immigration – “only providing food, clothing and shelter.” However, the charitable arm of the Catholic church does receive funding from the federal government for immigration-related services. Even Mendez is terming these invaders migrants.
All Christians will agree that charity is a duty under God’s Word – that the church, which consists of a congregation of Christians, are instructed by God to provide charity. However, does God intend for charity to include violating a just, constitutional law? Does not charity begin at home? Are we to knowingly become criminals to provide charity? Remember, the immigration laws fall under the authority of the federal government making them constitutional. Does not God command us to follow His Word and the just laws of the governments of men? Shouldn’t the charity be returning these people to their country of origin safely instead of helping them and the government continue to violate law?
These are not refugees in need of true humanitarian aid, nor are these individuals seeking asylum from persecution. These people are breaking the law and the people who are aiding and abetting those breaking the law makes them lawbreakers also. What happens if the government “changes its stance” and decides to enforce the immigration laws, even though it would be out of character for Obama?
This administration is shown to have a “truth” problem. Documented evidence indicates this administration spouts lie after lie on a more than daily basis. Can you trust what is allowed today will not become disallowed tomorrow?
America is now witness to another of Obama’s lawless criminal actions while the best that can be done is “filing a lawsuit.” Never forget that each of these agencies fall under the direction of the Executive Branch, not Congress. Whatever these agencies do, regardless of who sits in the Oval Office, one can bet it is at the behest of and with full support from the man sitting behind the Resolute Desk. Obama is asking Congress for over $3 billion dollars to “help” with these illegal invaders. Surely, Obama will not claim “it’s a few rogue” immigration agents after requesting money. Later, the self-appointed monarch will claim this was a “phony scandal” and not one smidgen of lawbreaking occurred. And, just like a spoiled child who is told “no,” Obama whines in front of the media cameras “if you don’t like what I’m doing, then help me.. lets work together.” Really? The only working together that Obama knows is “its his way or the highway” while he uses the infamous pen and his Obama-phone.
At this rate, America will not last another two years of Obama; America will be “fundamentally transformed.” All that “hope and change” will not be beneficial to the citizens of this nation, including the left, the useful idiots, illegal aliens and progressive liberals. Once the sheeple discover this, it will be too little, too late.
