Back in mid October I wrote about how there were leaks that the Obama administration was in talks with Iran that might bring about Iran limiting its work on nuclear technology and that those talks were conducted by Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett. The New York Times came out and said the administration confirmed the story, but then Reuters reported that both Iran and the administration said they were not having talks.
Now the cat is out of the bag and it has come to light that the administration has been conducting meetings with Iran for months.
Jarrett, who knows nothing of nuclear foreign policy and her only credibility, if you can call it that, is that she was born in Iran, has in fact been spearheading the talks.

The National Security Council’s spokesperson denied there is any agreement between the US and Iran regarding direct talks, but the following day senior government officials confirmed that talks took place though no future meeting was scheduled.
The US has tried to keep the secret contacts under wraps since some of the countries involved in the public negotiations, such as Russia, were excluded from them.
Israel was originally surprised to learn of the talks, but state officials now reveal that they were going on for several months. The talks, they claim, were initiated and led by Jarret, and took place in Bahrain.
The US State Department estimated the economic pressure on Iran will peek in February or March, immediately after the president-elect takes office, rendering the talks over Iran’s nuclear program – in case they materialize – with potentially positive results.
Israel’s mass-circulation Yediot Ahronot newspaper cited unidentified Israeli officials as saying the talks had been led by the Iranian-born Jarrett, were held in Bahrain, and had taken place over “several months.”
Mideast expert Barry Rubin, director of the Global Research in International Affairs Center in Israel, said the “story should be taken very seriously.” He noted that it was reported by the Israeli paper’s defense correspondent, Alex Fishman, “considered to be a reliable reporter with good sources in the Israeli government.”
One does have to wonder what the outcome would be here, especially in light of a recent report where Jarrett basically is alleged to have said that there would be literally hell to pay for those who oppose Obama, should he secure re-election.
According to a report, Valerie Jarrett was overheard to say quite confidently, with regards to Obama’s re-election:
“After we win this election, it’s our turn. Payback time. Everyone not with us is against us and they better be ready because we don’t forget. The ones who helped us will be rewarded, the ones who opposed us will get what they deserve. There is going to be hell to pay. Congress won’t be a problem for us this time. No election to worry about after this is over and we have two judges ready to go.”
So I suppose, if we take Obama’s words about “voting being the best revenge” then we should look to just who they have their eyes on and that would be anyone that opposes them. I assume that would be the majority of people in this audience and at least 50% of the American population.
