Hamas-CAIR Oklahoma is trying to ensure that Tulsa native Stuart D. Manning’s life is ruined by charging him with a federal hate crime. Manning is accused of hitting a Muslim woman and vandalizing her car. Hamas-CAIR is asserting the charge that Manning deliberately attacked the woman because she was wearing a “head wrap.” The assertion that 43-year old Manning attacked her solely because she was a Muslim is extreme, and to file federal hate crime charges is fitting for the bullies of Hamas-CAIR. A federal hate crime is defined by the Department of Justice as “violence of intolerance and bigotry, intended to hurt and intimidate someone because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, religious, sexual orientation, or disability.” Instead of Stuart Manning facing state charges for assault, Hamas-CAIR jumps on the hate crime bandwagon. Islamists forever portray themselves as the victims of American hate, forgetting who the real terrorists are.

The alleged “hate crime” occurred on December 13, 2013. On this day, Stuart Manning and the woman in question got into a confrontation.
The Oklahoma chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-OK) is calling for the U.S. Justice Department to investigate a “hate crime” involving a Tulsa man.
Tulsa Police arrested Stuart Manning, 43, after an incident in a bank parking lot at Pine and North Lewis on December 13.
In a police booking report, the victim, who is from Lebanon told officers a “large white male” had gotten upset because she had parked too close to his car.
According to Hamas-CAIR, this is when things got violent. Manning reportedly assaulted the woman, but that wasn’t the worst part of it. The “hate crime” was in repeatedly singling her out as a Muslim.
She stated the man yelled obscenities, hit her in the head with his fist, pulled a knife and slashed her car’s driver side tire. The report stated, Manning said, “hey f—— b—- Muslim, why did you get so close to my car,” three times and “hey you Muslim b—-, I got your tags you ‘f’ Muslim.”
If Manning hit the woman, or assaulted her in any way, he should face the appropriate punishment deemed by the state courts. A man hitting a woman is not appropriate in any form or fashion, but to make a federal “hate crime” out of this is absurd. Especially, when the police report in question does not say that the woman who filed the charges is a Muslim. Hamas-CAIR has a deplorable track record of out right lying about “hate crimes” when in actuality, crimes against Muslims are virtually nonexistent. Jews face the greatest religiously motivated hate crime incidents in the world. Leave it to the terrorists of Hamas-CAIR to go straight to the Department of Justice and assert hate when there is no hate crime.
The document describes the victim as being from Lebanon. “She has a thick Middle Eastern accent and speaks and writes fluent Arabic. At the time of the assault she was wearing a head wrap. She has the appearance of someone that typically is of the Islamic faith,” the document says.
The report does not say whether the woman — whose name is redacted from the report — is actually a Muslim, and an attempt to extract that information from the Tulsa Police Department on Friday proved fruitless.
Sheryl Siddiqui, a CAIR-OK board member from Tulsa, said the organization supports the woman, whether or not she is a Muslim. She noted that not all women who wear head scarfs are Muslim, and she recalled similar “labeling” attacks in the past, particularly in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
This is ridiculous. Hamas-CAIR is asserting a “hate crime” when the alleged victim is not listed as a Muslim. Since not all Islamic women wear scarfs, trying to squeeze a hate crime out of this just feeds to frenzy that Islamists are unfairly targeted at every turn. The truth of the matter is Muslims are rarely targeted. They do the targeting.
CAIR, an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas funding case, has claimed that “anti-Muslim hate crimes” have risen sharply in the U.S. since 9/11. In fact, the rate of such crimes has actually dropped. CAIR knows well that victimhood is big business: insofar as they can claim protected victim status for Muslims in the U.S., they can deflect unwanted scrutiny and any critical examination of how jihadists use Islamic texts and teachings to justify violence and supremacism.
That’s most likely why CAIR and others have not hesitated to stoop even to fabricating “hate crimes.” They want and need hate crimes against Muslims, because they can use them as weapons to intimidate people into remaining silent about the jihad threat.
People need to get real about Islamic victimhood. They’re not victims, they’re perpetrators. However, it helps their cause to accuse people of fake “hate crimes” when there is no proof. In this case, there is only heresay. As with everything else “Islamophobia” related, Hamas-CAIR has the attention of the Department of Justice and local law enforcement.
Tulsa County Assistant District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler, chief of that office’s Criminal Division, said a state statute dealing with “malicious harassment” covers what may commonly be regarded as “hate crimes.”
Still, he said, it’s “too early in the process” to say whether Manning will be charged under that statute, which he noted is a misdemeanor for first-time offenders.
While emphasizing that no decision has yet been made whether to charge Manning federally, Wilson said local federal prosecutors “are aware of the concern” of the local Islamic community over the attack. The liars and propagandists at Hamas-CAIR are trying to play their hand in insinuating that a “hate crime” occurred when there is no proof. An assault or confrontation likely happened, but to accuse someone of a “hate crime” and call in the federal government is insidious. But this is what Islamists do best, especially the terrorists at Hamas-CAIR.
