Home » Oops, Unconstitutional ATF Undermines Obama’s Executive Order and get called out on it!
Just ahead of Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah’s illegal and unconstitutional executive orders on Tuesday, the unconstitutional agency known at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms tweeted out an embarrassing tweet in which they were summarily beaten over the head and shoulders with by people who have been paying attention.
On Monday, the ATF published a ten-page outline as to Obama’s new unconstitutional order and explained when those who sell guns will be required to obtain a federal firearms license and subsequent background checks for those purchasing guns from them.
However, the ATF tweeted out a link and posted, “ATF issues guidance to help the public understand when a federal firearms license is required.”
The problem with the tweet is that it undermined the very things that Obama said were loopholes that needed to be closed. Background checks are always conducted to those that sell guns at gun shows and online purchases.
Did you also catch the comment? Br Ve called out the ATF on their own criminal activity regarding Operation Fast and Furious. Now, I know, some people will say, “Well, they were trying to catch bad guys.” The problem is that they are an unconstitutional agency that watched as multiple people illegally bought thousands of arms that they knowingly would traffick over the US/Mexico border and put in the hands of Mexican drug cartels.
Not only that, but the ATF’s “inaction” led to the deaths of at least two federal agents, hundreds of Mexicans and the blaming of American gun dealers for the crimes that they were involved with!
And Barry had nothing more to utter about this criminal activity than to call it a “phony scandal.”
Additionally, just keep in mind that this treasonous administration has done more to facilitate arming America’s enemies than any other administration in our history. They have stood by as Islamic jihadists have stolen 400 missiles in Benghazi, 20,000 missiles in Tripoli and it was alleged that 20,000 m-16s were stolen in Kuwait. Further reports have put Ambassador Chris Stevens at the center of a stinger missile exchange and Kris Paronto, a Benghazi survivor believes that while there was an attempt to kidnap someone on September 11, 2012, he also told us that he believes that the school that Stevens was to open the day of the attack could have been building used to house weapons.
However, this is not the only instance of the ATF providing the Obama administration with blowback. On Tuesday, following the usurper-in-chief’s “gun smoke,” the unconstitutional agency published their guide to the federal rulemaking progress that states very clearly what the Constitution outlines and that is that Congress is the only Branch of government invested with limited power to legislate and create new regulations.
