Home » Patriot III%er Michael Emry Presents FBI Agents with Pocket Constitutions at Oregon Compound

Michael Emry, an embedded Idaho Three Percent reporter with The Voice of Idaho, decided to reach out to Federal Bureau of Investigation agents at their compound at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge just days after the Idaho Three Percent put themselves in between the feds and the occupiers of the refuge. He even brought along gifts for the agents, their own personal copies of the Constitution!

We are now about a week and a half from the initial rally that protested the imprisoning of ranchers Dwight and Steven Hammond as terrorists (for only doing what ranchers do).

Emry reported that the first phase of the rally was that the jails were emptied and security was added because of what officials claim were threats.

However, if that was not enough, once the reserve became occupied by Ammon Bundy and several other patriots, schools in the area were also closed. Along with media trying to paint the Bundys and the men as terrorists, one can see just how the narrative was being driven.

Emry also filmed the barricades that had been erected, even though there was no threat from the men at the refuge.

According to Emry, the people of Burns, Oregon do not feel threatened by the militia men. Rather, they feel far more threatened by how the federal agents have responded. In fact, several people right around where the barricades had been erected were “terrified,” according to Emry.

Emry passed out pocket Constitutions to the agents that he spoke to and told them that though “everybody loves you in the community,” there were many who were troubled by the lights and the barricades.

At least one of the agents recognized that many had complained about the lights.

Emry communicated that the Three Percenters had covered the security of the perimeter and the fact that many of the militia had thermal imaging and equipment that surpassed the fed’s.

“Why is that so necessary?” asked Emry, referencing the bright lights around that in some cases are shining into people’s homes all night.

“It’s not my decision,” answered the agent with a chuckle.

Emry followed up by asking the agent if he was aware that a constitutional judge was in town.

“No comment,” replied the agent.

The other agent said that the Public Information Officer would be available in the morning for an official statement and said that they wanted to work to ensure that things would be resolved peacefully.

As you can see, Mr. Emry was not a threat any more than the men who want to have their grievances heard and dealt with according to the Constitution.

Yesterday, we reported how Sheriff David Ward tossed reporter Pete Santilli out of a town meeting for asking a question about the Constitution and we also reported on the fact that County Fire Chief Chris Biels resigned after he discovered plain clothes FBI agents posing as militia near the County Armory and the judge there told him to “back off.”

Well done Mr. Emry, well done!
