I just can’t let the issue go that arose last week with Trump appointed Judge Timothy Kelly, who issued a temporary ruling that ordered the White House to restore CNN’s Jim Acosta’s press pass based on an alleged violation of due process, which was based on a precedent that was not rooted in either the First or Fifth Amendments to the US Constitution. Though the White House said they would follow Judge Kelly’s order and even implemented rules of conduct, warning that if Acosta violated them he would be gone and if others did, that the White House would have to write more rules, the reality is that this would have been a perfect opportunity to fight back against judicial tyranny, but he let the moment come and go, and I believe it’s in large measure because he, like most people nowadays who take an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, don’t actually know what it says. With that in mind, if you have not heard the very eloquent and succinct comments by former American ambassador Alan Keyes on this issue, then you are in for a real treat.
Keyes’ points out that this entire episode has nothing to do with freedom of the press, freedom of speech, due process or the Constitution for that matter. It has to do with keeping things orderly and while President Trump occupies the people’s house during his term, it is essentially his house and he may invite or disinvite whomever he chooses.

Keyes was very poignant in saying that Trump’s actions to strip Acosta of his press pass would be similar to Judge Kelly not allowing outbursts and troublemakers to continually interrupt court proceedings in his courtroom.
This is exactly what it is. Did Fox News or CNN cry bloody murder when the usurper-in-chief Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah shut down a heckler when he declared the White House to be “my house”?
Nope, not a peep. In fact, they praised him for it.
CNN reported at the time:
“Shame on you,” he told his heckler, who was protesting deportations under the Obama administration.
Obama responded, “Listen you’re in my house … it’s not respectful.”
The interruption persisted, however, and Obama asked for the heckler to be removed from the East Room.
“As a general rule I am just fine with a few hecklers. But not when I’m up here in the house,” he said, as Vice President Joe Biden clapped him on the back.
Obama said later if guests are “eating the hors d’oeuvres and drinking the booze,” they’re typically expected to listen respectfully.
Was he not doing the same thing? Yes, he was. Sure, the heckler wasn’t a member of the press, which makes Acosta’s actions even more disrespectful. He should know better.
Still, President Trump has demonstrated that he does not understand the Constitution by submitting to judicial tyrants who blocked his travel ban and by declaring the sodomite “marriage” is the law of the land. No, it is not!
Our Constitution gives the president the authority to enforce immigration law and to utilize policies to stop those coming into our borders that threaten the united States. The Constitution also provides the authority to legislate on a very limited scale only to Congress, not the judiciary and not the executive branch.
I believe if President Trump had a tutor on the Constitution with him always and constantly teaching him, he would fair far better in these circumstances than he has and he would be able to articulate exactly why he would ignore judges who were acting out of their scope of authority, even those judges that he appointed.
