Racist and illegal property grabbing socialist Loretta Lynch was confirmed today in the US Senate by a vote of 56-43, following an extensive hold up of a human trafficking bill in the Senate before voting to confirm her.
This makes her the first black woman to hold the office of Attorney General in America. She will be replacing Eric Holder, a criminal in his own right, who has been held in contempt of Congress and oversaw an illegal and deadly gun-running operation to Mexican drug cartels, which resulted in the deaths of at least two federal agents and hundreds of Mexicans.
In March, it was Democrats who held up a human trafficking bill over unconstitutional federal funding of abortion. Shortly thereafter, as happens often, Senate Republicans started to cave and compromise, culminating in Wednesday evening’s passing of the bill, which does fund abortion, despite the nonsensical language that says taxpayer money can’t be used for it.
“The bill now has two separate funds from which victims can be compensated, a change solely to appease Democrats, who claimed they didn’t notice the abortion language until they had voted the bill unanimously out of committee and to the floor,” reported Rachel Stoltzfoos. “The first is the original fund paid into by perpetrators, which is now restricted to non-medical use, and the second is a medical fund paid into by taxpayers. None of the money can be used to fund an abortion, except in cases of rape, incest or life of the mother — as was the case in the original bill.”

It should also be noted that Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) was not even present to vote, though he did vote against moving her confirmation forward before heading off to a fund raiser, but every other senator did vote to pass the bill.
Following the passage of the bill, Loretta Lynch took center stage on Thursday and was confirmed. Again, Senator Ted Cruz was the only senator not present to vote. I think that is pretty significant considering the Texas senator said in opposition to her nomination on the Senate floor on April 23, 2015, “Eric Holder began disregarding the Constitution and laws after he was confirmed as Attorney General. Ms. Lynch has [already] told the Senate that’s what she’s going to do.” However, these ten Republicans did.

Remember when Harry Reid used the nuclear option to push for the simple majority for confirmation of appointees and Republican Senators lost their collective minds? Why have they not reversed that? All that was needed was a simple majority and Democrats found some RINOs to side with them, giving them five more than they needed to confirm Lynch.
Just last week, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) blasted Lynch for helping police steal people’s property. “Loretta Lynch became famous for her Herculean confiscation of private property,” Paul said.
“When questioned about civil forfeiture, Loretta Lynch seemed to be unconcerned about the need for reform,” Paul added. “I think no one who listens to these horrendous abuses of our civil liberties should be not moved to think that we really do need reform in our country.”
Civil asset forfeiture is a practice where police can seize your property and keep it even if they don’t convict or even charge you with a crime.
“Today, the Senate finally confirmed Loretta Lynch to be America’s next Attorney General — and America will be better off for it,” Obama said in a statement, but is that true?
Holder said, “I am confident that Loretta will be an outstanding attorney general, a dedicated guardian of the Constitution, and a devoted champion of all those whom the law protects and empowers.”
How can a person that would violate the Fifth Amendment and has a record of doing just that possibly be a “dedicated guardian of the constitution?”
A person that holds to this unconstitutional and immoral practice has just been put into the position of America’s chief prosecutor, but it should concern us even more that the people’s representatives are the ones that put her there. Loretta Lynch will be another Erich Holder albatross around the necks of the American people, plain and simple.
