In the off chance you didn’t touch Facebook or Twitter all day yesterday during 4th of July celebrations, you might have missed this little social justice warrior plastered all over just about every Facebook and Twitter feed. It seemed like everyone with an account on either was voicing their disgust with this clown for burning the American Flag and making a real spectacle of it…
America might have suffered today when the FBI chose to let a serial felon off the hook… but the same can’t be said for the little social justice warrior who hates his country…
Social Justice Warrior, Bryton Mellott sparked huge controversy on Facebook this morning when he had the audacity to post several pictures of himself burning the American Flag, just in time for Independence day. 22-year-old Bryton is an employee at the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Savoy, Illinois, and has amounted to nothing in his life other than becoming internet famous for what I imagine he feels is “bravery” for standing up for some form of BS or another.
This sniveling piece of excrement set the flag on fire, had someone take pictures, and then posted them to Facebook with this ABSURD message accompanying them.

“I am not proud to be an American. In this moment, being proud of my country is to ignore the atrocities committed against people of color, people living in poverty, people who identify as women, and against my own queer community on a daily basis.
I would like to one day feel a sense of pride toward my nationality again. But too little progress has been made. Too many people still suffer at the hands of politicians influenced by special interests. Too many people are still being killed and brutalized by a police force plagued with authority complexes and racism.
Too many people are allowed to be slaughtered for the sake of gun manufacturer profits. Too many Americans hold hate in their hearts in the name of their religion, and for fear of others. And that’s only to speak of domestic issues.”
Well thank God that there are still a handful of American patriots left on the planet, because due to the overwhelming calls to police, this a**hole is now behind bars where he can rot for all I care. Mellott has been charged with Section 49-1, flag desecration, a class four felony in Illinois. He’s also been charged with disorderly conduct.
PERHAPS IT’S TRUE… YOU CAN’T FIX STUPID…
BUT YOU CAN ARREST IT’S DUMBASS…
Bryton Mellott ended his idiotic rant with this sentence that I find quite funny now that he’s sitting in jail: “I do not have pride in my country. I am overwhelmingly ashamed, and I will demonstrate my feelings accordingly. #ArrestMe” Help make this idiot famous, and not for the reason he was going for! Share this everywhere!
